JW North was sadly handed a defeat on Wednesday, but Larry Camacho did his best to prevent it. Camacho turned in his biggest game of the season, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Even though Camacho couldn't lead JW North over Orange Vista, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
