Volleyball Recap: Myrtle Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Water Valley last Thursday, Myrtle came back down to earth. The Hawks lost 3-0 to the East Union Urchins on Tuesday. The Hawks have struggled against the Urchins recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Myrtle's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14-1. As for East Union, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Myrtle will challenge West Union at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for East Union, they will face off against Walnut at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
