Baseball Recap: Bemidji Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

While Bemidji put up some runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Denfeld. The Lumberjacks narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Hunters 1-0.

Bemidji's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Miles Gish, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Kobe Brown also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Bemidji pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Denfeld, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
