Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Haley Nielsen stepped things up a notch to give Highland the 'W'. Nielsen scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Nielsen's strong effort led Highland over Bakersfield and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Scots are 7-1 against the Drillers going back to March of 2020, a lead they'll look to extend.
