Basketball Recap: Cave Spring Victorious

After losing to Jefferson Forest the last time they met, Cave Spring decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cave Spring Knights came out on top in a nail-biter against the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers on Saturday, sneaking past 46-44. The 46-point effort marked the Knights' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Cave Spring is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Jefferson Forest, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
