Volleyball Recap: Palmview Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Victory

Palmview waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Juarez-Lincoln Huskies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Palmview took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-5, 25-14.

Miley Zieske paced Palmview's offense, picking up 17 kills. Zieske got some help from Arizona Gauna and her 19 assists.

Palmview's win bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Juarez-Lincoln, they dropped their record down to 2-17 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Palmview will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Huskies: the pair will be back at it again later today.
