Soccer Game Preview: Pleasant Grove vs. Lehi

The Pleasant Grove Vikings will head out on the road to challenge the Lehi Pioneers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pleasant Grove is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

Pleasant Grove is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Skyridge, who was ranked eighth at the time (Pleasant Grove was ranked 15th). The Vikings came up short against the Falcons on Friday, falling 4-1. The contest was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Pleasant Grove struggled afterwards.

Meanwhile, Lehi was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of American Fork. That's two games in a row now that Lehi have lost by exactly two goals.

Pleasant Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Lehi, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.
