Volleyball Recap: Saranac Comes Up Short

Saranac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Saranac Lake Red Storm. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Red Storm this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-12, 25-15.

Saranac's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Saranac Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Saranac and Saranac Lake will both be playing Northern Adirondack the next time they take the court. The Spartans will head out to face the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Red Storm will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
