Baseball Recap: Buffalo Takes a Loss

Buffalo fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Wayzata on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 5-4. The Bison haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Buffalo saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was DOLEN BRISK, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Buffalo's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Buffalo will be playing in front of their home fans against Sauk Rapids-Rice at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wayzata, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Hopkins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
