Soccer Recap: Cedar Creek Takes a Loss

Cedar Creek was the 3-1 winner over Anderson when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Cedar Creek Eagles lost 7-1 to the Anderson Trojans on Tuesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cedar Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Anderson, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cedar Creek will face off against Navarro at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Cedar Creek is facing Navarro at the right time seeing as Navarro is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Anderson, they will square off against McCallum at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Anderson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
