There's no place like home for Atkins, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the North Forsyth Vikings on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Camels in their matchups with the Vikings: they've now won nine in a row.

Atkins' got stronger as the match went on, holding North Forsyth to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-20, 25-12.

Atkins' offense was headlined by Kendall Cole and Maddison Davis, who picked up two kills apiece. They were helped by Melanie Camacho and Rachel Johnson, who contributed five assists each. Finally, Davis was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Atkins' victory bumped their record up to 4-16. As for North Forsyth, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.
