Bear Grass Charter's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Wayne Preparatory Academy, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Bear Grass Charter is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will face off against North East Carolina Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wayne Preparatory Academy, they and Alpha Academy will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played.
