Softball Recap: Irvine Vaqueros vs. Portola Bulldogs
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rosary Academy, Irvine was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Portola Bulldogs with a sharp 11-1 victory. The Vaqueros haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Reese Villanueva and Katie Liu did most of the damage at the plate: Villanueva went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Liu went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two doubles.
