Antwerp is a perfect 7-0 against Hicksville since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Archers will challenge the Aces at 5:00 p.m. Antwerp is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Antwerp's offense. They came up short against Edgerton on Tuesday, falling 10-0.

Meanwhile, Hicksville also failed to score in their most recent game. They fell just short of Wayne Trace by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Aces in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost four in a row.

Eli Lawrence spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Antwerp's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Hicksville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Antwerp skirted past Hicksville 3-2 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Archers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
