Softball Recap: Forbush Makes It Five in a Row on the Road

While Forbush's victory against North Surry wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Forbush came out on top in a nail-biter against North Surry on Monday, sneaking past 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Falcons have posted against the Greyhounds since May 3, 2022.

Forbush's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.4 runs. As for North Surry, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.
