Soccer Game Preview: Norview vs. Oscar Smith

The Norview Pilots will head out on the road to square off against the Oscar Smith Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Norview's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Churchland as they made off with a 4-0 win. The result was nothing new for Norview, who have now won five games by four goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Oscar Smith had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Comets with a sharp 4-0 victory. Oscar Smith's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Norview's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Oscar Smith, they now have a winning record of 3-2-1.

Norview skirted past Oscar Smith 2-1 when the teams last played back in March of 2019. Do the Pilots have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
