Lyndon and Chase County squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Lyndon had to settle for second. They took a 50-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chase County Bulldogs. The Tigers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Lyndon's loss dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Chase County, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 20-4.

Lyndon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chase County, they will square off against Doniphan West at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Doniphan West will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Chase County surely won't give up without a fight.
