The Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the Dieterich Movin Maroons at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Tuesday.
Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak. They took a serious blow against St. Anthony, falling 81-46. Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 53-33.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from AJ Radloff, who scored 9 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaidyn Calame, who scored 12 points.
Dieterich has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 21 points or more this season. Everything went their way against Neoga on Tuesday as Dieterich made off with a 70-49 win. The win was nothing new for Dieterich as they're now sitting on five straight.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 4-3.
Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City ended up a good deal behind Dieterich in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, losing 55-40. Can Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
