Football Recap: Freedom Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Freedom fell victim to Spoto and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Spartans, falling 49-0. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Leading Spoto to victory were Jesse Harden and Alando Riggins. Harden rushed for 146 yards and three scores on only eight carries, while Riggins rushed for 131 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries.

Freedom's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Spoto, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Freedom wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 50-0 loss against Zephyrhills on the 10th. As for Spoto, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 48-0 win against Leto on the 10th.
