Hartford has gone 7-2 against Nicolet recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Orioles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Knights at 7:00 p.m. Hartford is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

On Thursday, Hartford didn't have quite enough to beat West Bend West and fell 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Hartford sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 20-25, 25-18, 26-28, 15-6.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Brielle Brandner, who had 22 digs and one assist. Another player making a difference was Shea Perkowski, who had 21 digs and two aces.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Nicolet, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They blew past Waukesha South 3-0 on Monday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Blackshirts recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15, 25-19.

Hartford's defeat dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Nicolet, their victory bumped their record up to 16-9.

Hartford beat Nicolet 3-1 in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. Will the Orioles repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
