Basketball Game Preview: Tolsia Rebels vs. Lincoln County Panthers

The Tolsia Rebels will take on the Lincoln County Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Tolsia knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Lincoln County likes a good challenge.

Tolsia will bounce into Monday's game after beating Lincoln County, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. Tolsia walked away with a 60-49 win over Lincoln County on Saturday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tolsia to victory, but perhaps none more so than Robert Evans, who went 5-for-9 on his way to 15 points and five boards. Evans has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Bray Mollette was another key player, going 8-for-13 en route to 17 points and six rebounds.

Tolsia was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They are 5-12 when they've passed the ball that well.

Tolsia's victory ended a 12-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-16. As for Lincoln County, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-15.
