There's no place like home for Snow Canyon, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Tuesday. They won by a  set and slipped past the Pine View Panthers  3-2. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive  win against them.
 Snow Canyon had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 26-28, 21-25, 25-22, 25-23,  17-15.
 Tali Tupe paced Snow Canyon's offense, picking up 18 kills. Tupe got some help from  Solaya Barker-Winton and her 40 assists.  Braylee Chesley and  Pa'Alo Tupe kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.
 When it comes to explaining why Pine View lost on Tuesday, don't look at  Genevieve Evans. Despite the final result, she  had 20  digs and two  aces. Evans has been hot, having  posted ten or more  digs the last seven times she's  played.  Ella Fiefia also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
Snow Canyon's victory bumped their record up to 10-14. As for Pine View,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at seven matches  and leaves them with a 13-13 record.
 Snow Canyon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  3-0  loss against Desert Hills on the 16th. As for Pine View, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  3-1  win against Dixie on the 16th.
