Football Recap: Charles J. Colgan Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Charles J. Colgan dropped to 6-2 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins at home. They were outmatched by the Woodbridge Vikings and fell 48-10. Having soared to a lofty 67 points in the game before, the Sharks couldn't push the score so high this time.

George Hall threw for 155 yards and one touchdown. Jackson Chandler was his top target, picking up 68 receiving yards. On the ground, Yadon Davis rushed for 43 yards.

As for Woodbridge, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.8 points on average over those games.

Woodbridge was led to victory by Marquece Sharpe and Caleb Tucker. Sharpe gained 148 total yards and two touchdowns, while Tucker threw for 268 yards and three TDs while picking up 11.2 yards per attempt. Sharpe showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 51 yards. Woodbridge's leading receiver James Shaw III was Tucker's top target yet again, picking up 119 receiving yards and one score.
