Soccer Game Preview: Four Corners vs. Ridge Community

The Four Corners Coyotes and the Ridge Community Bolts will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Four Corners fell victim to Lake Gibson and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 4-0 to the Braves. The Coyotes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Ridge Community also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Santa Fe Catholic on Monday, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Bolts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 421st, while the Hawks are ranked 61st).

Ridge Community's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Four Corners, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
