Baseball Recap: Arnold Marlins vs. Clay Blue Devils

It's playoff time, and Arnold had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Clay Blue Devils on Tuesday, sneaking past 7-6. The victory continues a trend for the Marlins in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now won three in a row.

Cooper Moss made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over eight innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with two doubles.
