Volleyball Recap: Waterbury Career Academy Has No Trouble Against Watertown

Waterbury Career Academy barely beat Watertown the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Spartans put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-16, 25-13.

Waterbury Career Academy can attribute much of their success to Erika Mila-Perez, who had 13 digs and two aces. Mila-Perez has been hot recently, having posted 13 or more digs the last three times she's played.
