Soccer Recap: Nashville Christian Comes Up Short

Nashville Christian managed to slip by Mount Juliet Christian Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles came up short against the Saints on Tuesday, falling 5-1. Nashville Christian were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Mount Juliet Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Nashville Christian and nudges their season record down to 3-3-1. As for Mount Juliet Christian Academy, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Nashville Christian will take on Middle Tennessee F at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mount Juliet Christian Academy has already played their next game (against Livingston Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
