Softball Recap: River Falls Gets the Win

It's playoff time, and River Falls had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the Tomah Timberwolves 4-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

AUDRA ADERMANN spent all ten innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on eight hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on DANI POELLINGER, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of MORGAN KIVEL, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

The win got River Falls back to even at 13-13. As for Tomah, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-6.

As of now, neither River Falls nor the Timberwolves have any future games scheduled.
