There's no place like home for Hays, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past the Lehman Lobos with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 67-53. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hawks considering their 30-point performance the matchup before.

Lehman's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaac Rivas, who went 5 of 10 to rack up 15 points and eight boards. Rivas is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last 12 games he's played. Rolando (Rj) Luna was another key player, putting up seven points and three steals.

Hays has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-18 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points over those games. As for Lehman, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-23.

Hays has already played their next game, a 40-38 loss against Cedar Park on the 7th. As for Lehman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 60-54 defeat against Lockhart on the 7th.
