Baseball Recap: Rock Port Wins Going Away Against North Andrew

Rock Port never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past the North Andrew Cardinals 10-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Jays.

Rock Port let Dylan Lair and Rylan Hunter run wild. Lair scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Hunter scored a run while going 2-for-3. What's more, Lair posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Logan Ellis was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Rock Port now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Rock Port will be playing at home against North Nodaway at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Andrew, they will face off against East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
