They were the clear victors by a 6-2 margin over the Wright City Wildcats. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Gateway Tech considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Gateway Tech now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Wright City, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Gateway Tech wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, an 8-0 loss against Warrenton on the 11th. As for Wright City, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-2 defeat against Soldan International Studies on the 10th.
