Football Recap: Molalla Takes a Loss

Molalla managed to slip by Astoria the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Indians came up short against the Fishermen on Friday, falling 28-7.

Molalla's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Astoria, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Molalla will head out on the road to take on Cascade at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Astoria, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Gladstone/Riverdale at 7:00 p.m. The matchup will give the Fishermen their first taste of in-conference action this season.
