Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask United). Everything went their way against the Edison Golden Bears on Friday as the United Longhorns made off with an 8-1 win. It was an even better day for Manuel Martinez as he scored four goals for his team.

United's victory bumped their record up to 5-0-1. As for Edison, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

United didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 win against Clark on the 11th. Edison has also already played their next match, a 5-1 loss against Brennan on the 11th.
