Football Recap: Sheridan Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Sheridan unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were outmatched by the Littleton Lions and fell 49-6. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-6.

Among those leading the charge was Kai Durica, who rushed for 49 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 35 yards and a pair of TDs.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sheridan will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Middle Park at 12:00 p.m. on September 13. As for Littleton, they will venture away from home to take on Jefferson at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
