Basketball Recap: Edinburg Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Edinburg couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They were beaten by the Judson Rockets 70-31 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 361st, while the Rockets are ranked 116th).

Edinburg's loss dropped their record down to 28-11. As for Judson, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 19-15.

As of now, neither Edinburg nor Judson have any future games scheduled.
