With a playoff win on the line, Bogue Chitto rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 40-32 victory over the Richton Rebels. The win was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on seven straight.

When it comes to explaining why Richton lost, don't look at B.J. Brown. Despite the final result, he picked up 67 receiving yards and one TD, and also rushed for 99 yards on only nine carries.

Bogue Chitto's record is now 8-3. As for Richton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
