While Grandview Heights's win against Worthington Christian wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bobcats narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Warriors 9-7. Winning may never get old, but the Bobcats sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

The team relied heavily on Sam Bandy, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs.

Grandview Heights' win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-5. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 8.8 runs. As for Worthington Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grandview Heights will challenge Fairbanks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bobcats are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Worthington Christian, they will face off against Fredericktown at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
