Ethan Segovia turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Wednesday. He turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Adams is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 4-6 otherwise.

Segovia's strong effort led Adams over Spruce and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
