Abernathy won the last time they faced Lockney and things went their way on Saturday too. Everything went the Abernathy Antelopes' way against the Lockney Longhorns as the Abernathy Antelopes made off with a 14-3 victory. Considering the Antelopes have won four matches by more than nine runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Abernathy got a massive performance out of Scotlann Bickel, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, four RBI, and two runs. Kendal Miller was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

Abernathy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .593. Their batting average was a full 0 higher than the also-impressive .438 that Lockney posted.

Abernathy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.
