Linden and Amador are an even 3-3 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Tuesday, Linden didn't have quite enough to beat Summerville and fell 3-2. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Linden ultimately came up short, they really made Summerville work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 14-25, 27-25, 25-10, 19-25, 16-14.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Amador, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against Argonaut by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday.

The win didn't come easy: Argonaut scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 20-25, 25-23.

Amador's victory bumped their record up to 15-13. As for Linden, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-11.

Everything went Linden's way against Amador in their previous matchup back in October of 2017, as Linden made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Buffaloes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
