Preview: Fulton County vs. Stewart County
Fulton County are packing up and hiking across state lines for their game on Friday. They take on Stewart County at 7:30 PM. Fulton County have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.
Fulton County simply couldn't be stopped last Friday, as they easily beat Fulton City 70-0. Fulton County was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 13-49, which was the final score in Stewart County's tilt against Fairview. Stewart County were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 7-28.
Fulton County's win lifted them to 2-0 while Stewart County's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll see if Fulton County's success rolls on or if Stewart County are able to steal their positive momentum.
