Baseball Recap: Amanda-Clearcreek Comes Up Short

Amanda-Clearcreek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Fairfield Union Falcons, falling 15-5. If the Aces were looking for revenge after losing 4-1 to the Falcons when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Amanda-Clearcreek's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Fairfield Union, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, Amanda-Clearcreek will welcome Logan Elm at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fairfield Union, they will venture away from home to take on Mifflin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons will need to watch out since the Punchers have now posted at least ten runs every time they've taken the field this season.
