Caden Sears Game Report: vs Karns

Ridgeview came out on top against Karns on Tuesday thanks in part to Caden Sears's efforts. Sears wasn't messing around, tossing 4.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with one or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Sears and Ridgeview will challenge Christian Academy of Knoxville at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Ridgeview will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 309 places lower in their respective states), but they're not letting that get them down.
