Baseball Preview: McIntosh Demons vs. Southern Choctaw Indians
For the second straight game, McIntosh will face off against Southern Choctaw. The Demons will take on the Indians at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
Having struggled with five defeats in a row, McIntosh turned things around against Southern Choctaw on Thursday. They blew past the Indians 10-1. That nine run margin sets a new team best for the Demons this season.
Teddy Walker made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). Walker was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
