Basketball Recap: Clarendon Hall Saints vs. Holly Hill Academy Raiders
In what's become a running theme this season, the Clarendon Hall Saints gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 45-21 margin over Holly Hill Academy. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Clarendon Hall had established a 20 point advantage.
Holly Hill Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being LeAnna Broadway, who scored nine points. Peyton Strickland was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Clarendon Hall is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Holly Hill Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.
Clarendon Hall will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holly Hill Academy, they will head out on the road to take on the Sundevils at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
