Soccer Recap: St. Martin's Episcopal Comes Up Short

St. Martin's Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Northlake Christian Wolverines. That's two games in a row now that the Saints have lost by exactly eight goals.

St. Martin's Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Northlake Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2-2 record this season.

St. Martin's Episcopal will square off against Ursuline Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ursuline Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.6 goals per game this season. As for Northlake Christian, they will challenge Lakeshore at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
