 Apache Junction scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Friday. They never let the Coronado Dons onto the board and left with  a   26-0  victory. The result was nothing new for Apache Junction, who have now won four contests by 15  runs or more  so far this season.
  Shaunna Harper made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Harper was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring five  runs and  stealing four bases while  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Kylee Acton was  incredible,  scoring four  runs and  stealing three bases while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Cierra Devriese, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with three  runs, four  RBI,  and a  stolen base.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Apache Junction and  bumps their season record up to 4-5. As for Coronado, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
 Apache Junction will have a chance to go back-to-back against Coronado: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:45  p.m.  on Monday.
