Cameron Barnette has led East Gaston in runs on the season and he led the team again on Tuesday. Barnette went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one double, which was good enough to set a new career-high in hits.

Even though Barnette couldn't lead East Gaston over Cherryville, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
