Volleyball Recap: Port St. Joe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Port St. Joe came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Liberty County Bulldogs. The Tiger Sharks have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

While Port St. Joe was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Liberty County's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-11, 25-20.

Mackenzie Walker had an outrageously good game for Liberty County as she had 33 assists and three digs. The dominant performance also gave Walker a new career-high in kills (three).

Port St. Joe's defeat dropped their record down to 2-3. As for Liberty County, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.

Port St. Joe wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Wewahitchka on the 4th. As for Liberty County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Chipley on the 4th.
