Metuchen barely beat South Amboy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs never let the Governors get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Metuchen's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 16-6. As for South Amboy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Metuchen will venture away from home to square off against Linden at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for South Amboy, they will host Sayreville at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
